Clubspark – New Membership System

We are excited to announce the rollout of a brand-new club management system – Clubspark

The new system will provide all members with a more modern, secure and user-friendly experience. It will integrate standalone systems like membership subscriptions, court bookings, training and coaching squads, safeguarding and events into one system, where members will be able to see and maintain their own records and payments. 

Some things to keep in mind:

Clubspark Registration
• All membership records have been migrated from the current system to Clubspark, and all members should have received invites to register for a Clubspark account. If not received, please email membership@giffnock-ltc.co.uk asap and we will re-issue a registration link.
• You can only create one Clubspark account per email address.
• Junior members under 18 will not be able to create their own Clubspark account. Instead their parent/guardian would need to register with Clubspark and be their main contact for all communication, payments, court bookings etc.

Once you have register for your Clubspark account, you can log back in it at https://clubspark.net/giffnocktsh

Separate from LTA Clubspark — If you already use the LTA’s Clubspark, you’ll still need to register for Giffnock Clubspark account which is entirely independent.

Payments via Clubspark
Go Cardless (via Clubspark) is our new membership subscriptions payment provider. Below are some screenshots with guidance on how to set up payments:

Group Coaching Sessions – all coaching sessions will transfer to Clubspark from April when the new coaching block starts. Invites to coaching sessions and payment requests are being sent out to parents via Clubspark.

Court Booking for Tennis and Squash will initially stay on the current system MyCourts. We expect to be able to switch to Clubspark for court bookings in June. Timescale for this is outwith our control as we are relying on the developer to make a crucial update to the system before we are able to use it at Giffnock. We will keep our members posted.
