- Adult membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is no longer in full time education
- For those aged 18 or over and in full-time education, please see our Student membership options
To join, simply download and return our membership application form on the membership page.
Adult Playing Memberships
Hockey Membership subscriptions include pitch fees for all training and matches.
