The refurbishment of the Men's Shower Area This area will be completely retiled, new lighting, showers and drainage. Update 18/01/10 The ongoing repairs have been held up but work is due to start again soon. Please be patient - it will be worth the wait. The Ladies changing room will be used by all members Mondays Ladies only - Tues thru Sunday Men only. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you understand the need for these repairs

21/10/2009 We are pleased to be able to confirm that Giffnock Tennis Squash & Hockey Club has passed its Tennis Clubmark assessment. Our thanks go to Richard Cook and Nick Firth for their hard work in preparing the application for the LTA. We are now among only a few clubs in Scotland to be accredited with this. Our Coaching programme is deemed to be among the best assessed to date and our links to schools “high commended”. Our Clubs administration shows us to be “excellent” and “leading” in our approach. The American Tournament held on Saturday 14th November and the charity night was a great success and raised £1600 for the McMillan Cancer Charity
Your New Clubhouse is now open for Business Come on down and see the new modern bar and gallery The Clubhouse has been extensively and tastefully refurbished; with new sports shop, reception, upgraded toilet facilities and our superb new viewing galley.		A BIG thanks to Eastwood Today for the Pic We are delighted to draw your attention to Emma Hunter and Heather Lang who are members of Scotland's Under 16 squad. Recently Emma and Heather competed in the Four Nations Hockey Championships. Obviously, their success is not just down to Giffnock but rather is very much a result of their development, and the coaching, at Glasgow Hutcheson's School and subsequent involvement with the coaching set-up for Scotland. Nevertheless, the girls' play at Giffnock, which in itself, is something we should be proud of and recognise. I am sure all members will join me in wishing them continued excellence in hockey and further honours.
