We are happy to announce that from 1st August 2025 court bookings are moving to Clubspark. Key benefit is the integration with the membership system where members can manage their records and book courts in a single place. No more multiple logins to remember for the Club.
Clubspark Login
To log in to your Giffnock Clubspark account, follow this link https://clubspark.net/giffnocktsh. Use the links / ‘person’ icon at the top and to the right of the screen to Sign in (use the email address and password you created during the registration process – there is an option to reset your password if needed).
Remember this is a Giffnock specific Clubspark and different from the LTA Clubspark if you are registered with them.
Clubspark Court Bookings
Once logged in, please follow these instructions

Reminder of Court Booking Rules (no change from previous system)
- Names of all members / guests playing to be recorded on the booking. Guest Policy: Members can have a maximum of 12 visitors in any membership year. The same guest can only play once in any calendar month and no more than 4 times per year.
- Only one 1-hour slot can be booked in advance for tennis and one 45-minute slot for squash. If there are free tennis courts on the day of booking, the same group of people may book an extra 1/2 hour. Bookings longer than 1.5 hours for the same group of people are not permitted.
- Please avoid leaving half-hour gaps in between bookings.
- Adult members can book 6 days in advance and Junior members 4 days in advance.
- For all tennis court bookings, please ensure you shut the gate close when leaving courts and turn off floodlights if applicable.
Junior members will need to book courts via their adult main contact’s Clubspark account.
Mini members do not have access to court bookings as mini courts do not have a booking system in place.
