It’s only one week to go until our Christmas Craft Fair, always a popular night at the Club. Tickets are now available behind the bar at the modest cost of £10 which includes: entry, 3 drinks (a selection of cocktails or beer from a special menu) and a buffet. If you don’t fancy making a night of it, then we will be selling entry only tickets at the door for those wishing to make a flying visit without taking advantage of the deal on the food and the drink.
We are very excited about our great range of stalls selling lots of unusual items allowing you to stock up early with unique and bespoke Christmas presents, please see the details below.
We’ll also be holding a special charity raffle in aid of Nicola’s Ninjas, a charity very close to the heart of the Club www.musculardystrophyuk.org/get-involved/family-funds/funds/nicolas-ninjas. We have some amazing prizes donated by each of our stallholders, tickets for this will be on sale behind the bar from 1st November at £1 per ticket. Prizes range from a one hour treatment of your choice up to the value of £150 at Distinction, to jewellery and bespoke Christmas Decorations.
Our stalls this year are:
Barbara Little – selling handcrafted jewellery / vintage & costume jewellery / designer bracelets (silver) plus some handcrafted Christmas decorations / decorative keyrings / bag charms
Fiona McAslan – offering a selection of individually designed and handcrafted items for sale. A variety of Christmas tree decorations, wish bracelets, decorated candle holders, fairy doors, a selection of needle felted creations and even fairy wands
Shelter Clarkston – Christmas cards, new gifts and home baking
Gill Moore Quilting – offers a lovely range of her own design of quilted goods from pictures to coasters and toilet bags.
Distinction Health and Beauty will be offering gel nails on the night for £20. Please contact Anne Harrison if you would like your name to be added to the booking sheet. There will also be a selection of stocking fillers of various different skin care and nail products ranging from £10-£60 for sale. Excitingly there will be a 20% discount on all gift vouchers purchased on the night. There will also be a free massage/facial vouchers for the salon with every full ticket bought from behind the bar www.distinctionbeauty.co.uk
Our very own Sarah Murdoch, in her final year at GSA silversmithing will be selling some of her silver and brass designs
Andrea of Kava Café fame will be selling her amazing cakes. You may have tasted them at the Club or in one of the local cafes. She will also be taking orders for cakes for Christmas.
