Racketball Information

Courts
Giffnock has 2 standard competition courts ‘back to back’ with a viewing gallery.
The courts are available for play all year round, and are used by the members all year round.

The courts can be booked (40 minute sessions) by purchasing a booking stamp (price 50p) and attaching onto the booking sheets in the squash court corridor.


Equipment 
It is Club policy that Juniors (under 19) must wear approved eye protection.
Glasses are provided in the Squash court corridor for general use.
Personal eye protection, I-mask an Australian product that is popular with most players can be purchased from the Squash Convener.

These products come in either junior or adult sizes.
Racketball rackets, balls, safety glasses and accessories are on sale at Nicks Giffnock Pro Shop 

Competitions
Various Racketball tournaments are organised throughout the year and cater for all levels and abilities. 
These include: 

Racketball Club Championships – February/March
Racketball Doubles Championships – October/November
Christmas Racketball Handicap Competition – December
Internet Racketball Ladder – All year
