Scottish Licensing Law as it affects the Club

No member or visitor under the age of 16 may sit at the bar at any time.

Junior members and anyone under the age of 16 are not permitted in the lounge bar after 8pm unless participating in a Club approved sporting activity and only then when under the supervision of a club coach, a parent or an adult member.  Members and visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted in the lounge bar after 10pm unless by expressed agreement of the Club licensee.

Members are advised that Under Scottish Licensing Law any function lasting beyond 1am requires the Club Licensee to be on the premises and a registered first aid provider to be on the premises.  The Club Committee cannot guarantee to be able to meet these conditions at any time and opening of the bar beyond 1am is therefore at the sole discretion of the Club Licenses.
